Linda has been a wellness practitioner for over 30 years. She is a Loomis Digestive Health Specialist and a Certified Natural Health Professional. Her training in kinesiology allows her to further fine tune your treatment.
There are three main considerations for health today:
What is your lifestyle and are you putting good things into your body?
Are you digesting it?
Is it getting through to your cells so your body can actually use it?
Most alternative practitioners, coaches and trainers spend their time working on the first consideration. There are any number of excellent practitioners in these areas.
Linda works mostly with the second and third. The first question is vital and it used to be enough, but no more. Our food chain is now missing vital factors and this isn't normally taken into account.
Linda’s question to you is, “Have you improved your diet and exercise but still not meeting your goals?”
If you answer yes, then you need to actively address the second and third considerations.
Years ago, before the internet, I came across an article in print talking about Brin's Law. A colleague and I spent some time to make it visual.
My clients have found it helpful in their understanding of where they are at any moment in their health.
You can, and do, move up and down the scale depending on the level of stress your body experiences, what you are exposed to and how well you are able to "bounce back".
As a wellness practitioner it is my job to move you up the scale. I know what I have at my disposal and in my knowledge base to help you. The variables are;
How much permanent damage has been done?
How long has it been going on?
How is your compliance? or How often will you shoot yourself in the foot?
